- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 February 2019UncomfortableHow the seller can describe this chair as "ergonomic" beats me.I have never sat in such a hard chair, I would have returned it but I disposed of all the packaging, so I suppose I have to live with it.I have ordered a memory foam cushion in the hope that'll solve my problem otherwise it's a trip to the tip.Another poor quality Chinese import.

It looked, just as described in the advert, it is:Comfortable:Assembly is a dawdle:It Looks as good as it can get!The only slight issue, for me, is the height. It is just to low (approximately 8 inches) to fit at my desk.That being said, it is brilliant for sitting watching movies!If the maker brings out a chair 8inches, to 12 inches taller, I'll be the first one to buy one.That being said, it is still a brilliant chair and excellent value for money!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 June 2019comfy but not easily adjustedthe good stuff- it's a chair! it's comfy! it reclines!- assembling it wasn't too much of a problem but then again i am used to building stuffthe not so good stuff:- delivery took ages as courier tried to deliver while i was at work and then could not deliver on a more convenient day and sent chair back to the shop ... trying to re-arrange delivery for a day when i was off work required a lot of back and forth!- the most annoying thing - you can't easily fix the chair in a certain position ... yeah it's got two screws to fix it but not well enough so when you lean back it suddenly give way ... annoying if you are in the middle of enjoying a cup of tea

I contacted the seller and after a couple of quick emails it was quickly rectified without any issues. Excellent after sales service.
