Yes it requires wiring and it mounts to the included bracket.
2How even is the brightness across the light from edge to center? I know it is "bright" but is the light "even"?
I have it in a big walk in closet and it provides a nice bright even light.
3How bright is it? I want it to melt my eyes
Can’t say it will melt your eyes but it is very bright. Way better than the two down-lighters I had in my bathroom.

Customer Review
★★★★★★★★★★ Bright and ultra easy to install.
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2021
Wow, this is a super slim and very bright light. Easy to instal and seems well constructed. The wire is a but on the short side, especially if the tails coming out of your ceiling or wall are in the short side. It's a wide light and trying to tilt it to allow access for a connector block and screw driver could be difficult. Thankfully, mine were okay and I opted to use the ever excellent Wago connectors. Oddly, the instructions seem to suggest connecting the wires together and using electrical tape. I don't think that's a smart idea. Proper connectors in a protective box should be the norm. The light is installed in a relatively small en-suite and gives off a very bright and evenly spread light. The very low profile makes it very unobtrusive in such a room. All in all, it's a very good light. I'm toying with the idea of fitting a few of these as wall lights in my garage.
★★★★★★★★★★ Bright and simple

Replaced all my kitchen lighting with these; simple to fit, flush fitting and look ace! The Daylight White were too bright though and had to replace with the Warm White, so beware of glare. Bonus is they match the Ikea ones brilliantly, for a half of the price!

Arrived promptly, well packaged with suitable fixings. Only draw back is that if you have conventional UK ceiling roses this light fixture will not just fit on top due to the shallow space with in the back of the lamp for the wires, especially if lamp is operated by 2 switches meaning a significant number of cables in the ceiling rose. You either need to make a hole in the ceiling to allow the cables to connect above the ceiling or as I did form a spacer which means the lamp does not sit flat against the ceiling. The second unit was very easy to fit flat against the ceiling as this one had just just a single cable as spurred off the first lamp. But finished job looks very good and the room is so much lighter and brighter.
★★★★★★★★★★ Quality LED light. Quick delivery. Responsive Seller

LightingWill-UK have responded always and immediately. We bought two of the lights first. They were delivered quickly in a presentable informative packaging. We liked the lights enough to order three more. In the meantime we were in contact with the supplier, who responded most favourably to all our questions. In our experience, customer appreciation appears to be a high priority for this seller. In continuation to our previous comment - the three additional lights we ordered, were also delivered quickly and all five items work just as we expected. The seller is making a most respectful effort to build the good reputation of their business.
★★★★★★★★★★ Great light

Really pleased with this light. I was worried it may be too bright for our downstairs toilet, but it is perfect, as we don't have a window. Lovely bright white light, the fixture is nice and discreet and goes well with our black and white theme. Recommended

★★★★★★★★★★ Dazzlingly bright

Great little LED light - but they really need to include a terminal bock for easier installation. It is extremely fiddly with the bare wires they provide.
