However, if you want it on at night you seem to have to have a night light setting as well. I have not worked out a way to turn this off and as the instructions are in Chinese with no English translation I can not see what I am doing wrong.

The fan is fantastic, not too noisy to keep you awake, brilliant output from the fan which keeps the air in the room really well circulated and you nice and cool. I didn’t install it personally, but a man who knows what he’s doing did, and had it up & working within 10 minutes.

- The light came with Chinese instructions, how do I set up the remote?The remote that arrived with my light was pre-set to the light. I only had to insert the batteries.

I have bought a similar one (diff brand but looks identical) & the wire colours bear no resemblance to the instructionsThe light comes with a connector block with a brown wire ( live ) and a blue wire ( neutral ) coming from it. It also has a space for an earth wire ( green and yellow ) Very easy to install.
