  Easy Fit next time yes, but not the first time.

  Easy fit was the thing that tipped the balance in me choosing this Bristan tap in preference to other manufacturers. However this is not easy fit if replacing an existing tap of another make. You still have to get under the sink to install the back plate that secures the tap tightly to the sink/worksurface and it is not an easy process at all. I had assumed they had designed a back plate that somehow could be inserted through the hole from the top and expanded once through, but no. However if I ever need to change the tap in the future, and Bristan are still making taps then it will indeed be a very easy fix, turn of water, undo 2 screws, pull off tap push on new one re tighten screws and turn on water, a 2 or 3 minute job. So despite the harder than expected initial fix a good design for the future.

  Quality build and modern looking

  Easy fit was requested by our plumber re-fitting this kitchen tap replacement. This tap is a quality build and matches the curved tall rectangle shape of our cupboard handles too.The tap is a mono-bloc so there is no run-off of water after you turn the tap off, the water stops and starts immediately. I paticulary like the easy to access tap handle at the front.

  Great looking tap and it really is easy to fit, qaulty finish and works very smoothly. Excellent water pressure. Swivels very easily.

  Maybe a bit too high/tall

  My plumber swore a lot fitting it but got there in the end, it’s an ok product, but it is very high when fitted so it’s not hugely stable. Not sure I’d buy again as I’m not sure it needs to be as tall.

  Wow what a tap came on time and was well packaged. Was easy to install and looks like a tap that is worth at least double of what I paid for. Excellent value.

  Not great

  Once I had fitted the tap it became clear that the neck was loose. Not very happy with the quality of it.

  So Easy to Install

  Looks awesome as well. No trouble installing at all as all the required parts were supplied. All I needed was a copper pipe cutter which I got for a fiver.This is my 3rd easy fit tap since 2014. All easy to fit & still looking great.

  Careful with the Orings on the top fitting.

  Damaged an Oring when checking assembly, look had it, I had another one.When fitted they look the part ‘quality’ and the forward facing control is a peach to use
