While we could have gone with a regular silver / stainless steel set, we thought "why would we do what everyone else does?".In black this set has a nice sheen to it, but it doesn't look like cheap black plastic kitchen gadgets usually do, but instead has a more sophisticated look to it, and really helps set apart your dining table from any others your guests will dine at.We have these pared with a simple cream stoneware set of plates and the contrast is excellent, however I may switch to a white set of plates. If we can find a matching, high-quality looking black stoneware set then I think this would really set apart our dinner table.Price-wise, you're paying a premium for a premium product. I passed by a cutlery set at Asda recently that was £5, but there is no comparison and this set makes a much better impression on guests.Time will tell if they really hold up, but the titanium plating seems strong a durable so far, so I'm not worried. I'll enjoy my quirky black cutlery for years to come.

I checked a few of them when unpacking found some scuffs but not anything overly large, I have been using them now for 3-4 days, washing them and the colour is still there. Over all impressed with the product.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 July 2019Heavy, good-quality, metal , shines and looks expensive.The only thing I would fault it on us packaging, but I'm sure should it have been packaged in a fancy box, we'd have to pay a few times more for this set.I bought it to match a set of wine glasses and placemats I got from Debenhams for Xmas last year,in black mirrored silver, only to realise ( when setting the table) that my silverware didn't match. So, when I saw this, I jumped on it. When it came, just shoved in a box, in plastic sleeves each piece, with a rubber band...I was ready to request a return, seriously. That was until I took the first fork out of the sleeve - it's heavy, it's high-polish, it's great quality and it shines. It has thus luxurious feel and look. And it matches my glasses perfectly.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 May 2020Colorful cutleryOrdered this cutlery set last week after many months of debating weather to get it or not,The cutlery is lovely and has a lovely look to it, its lovely amd bright,. it washes well and dosnt lose its sparkle, i have a feeling i will get a good few years out of the cutlery as it is very well made..Reason for giving it 4 stars is the following1.. Its well made cutlery and is different from the normal silver/ different colour handled cutlery. But at £23.99 a thought it was just a tad over priced.2.. At the price a would have expected it to come in some sort of fancy packaging or a nice box like u get when you buy supermarket cutlery sets.. But it came crammed into a wee brown box with cello tape at the top and bottom to keep it closed. Expected a little better considering the price of the cutlery..All in all it is a very nice cutlery and is a nice addition 2 my kitchen..Bit am only giving the 4 stars, maybe im being a bit picky with the packaging just expected a little more at the price.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 January 2020Follow the rainbowSo far so good. Look fantastic (although not many reviews for the rainbow) I still opted for this. They are lightweight, sleek and smart looking, they seem durable, although if this changes I'll come back and let you know. My only gripe is that although they serm good value for money the packaging gives the impression that they aren't great, but each item individually wrapped in plastic and neatly put into a cardboard box. Oddly the box says 20 piece but it's 24 pieces. I'm happy so far.

We have taken real care of them and only used them for their purpose. Very disappointed and downgraded to a 1 star from 2.*UPDATE* 08/07/2020 - plating has wore off most of the pieces with exception of two spoons. Very unimpressed considering that they are used for no other purpose than what they're intended for and how recently they were purchased.If I could, I'd give NO stars.

- How is this product packaged please as I would like to buy as a Christmas present?Each item of cutlery is in a plastic sleeve and then all knives collected together with an elastic band, spoons etc...
- Are these dishwasher safe?not for me! they've started to look awful after 2 weeks!
