Had all the usual refinements like speed settings and light on and off.The real flame effect is great and look very life like, we use it in our fire place for maximum effect.It blows warm air almost instantly and it’s also very easy to clean . If you are looking for a modern electric fireplace you would be hard pushed to beat this one. Highly recommend!

I have bought it mainly for the flame / glow feature for the winter....it’s mesmerising and even without the heat element on it makes my room feel warmer!The coal and flame effect is very authentic ( had real coal fires for over 40 years in my last home).Haven’t had to turn the heater itself on yet, only doing a quick test of it and all is fine.This is a quality product and can recommend.

The heating is very effective and cuts itself off when required temperature is reached. The fan is audible but not intrusive. I only use the heating as supplement. I am very happy with the appearance of this heater.
