- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 February 2021Not fit for purposeUnfortunately I am having terrible problems with this airer. It is just not fit for purpose. I have it only four months and it is falling apart. Please see pictures attached. The first break happened some months ago but I was willing to tolerate it but then it happened again and again. I only use this airer to dry the clothes of a two and five year old so it does not even bear the weight of adult clothing. The support bars beneath the tiers/wings are just not long enough or strong enough and this is a design issue. I see on the Amazon reviews that other people have had similar problems. The electrical wires are now visible and with two young children it does not feel safe. I have made the decision not to use it for safety reasons. I paid £120, a lot of money for very poor quality. Such a shame as I absolutely fell in love with it when I first got it.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 November 2020Dry clothes overnight!I waited weeks before writing this review as I wanted to test out the product with various types of laundry. Everything dries within 12 hours, even thick jumpers! Before owning this I could only do laundry every other day as British winters are so damp, so it's been revolutionary to have this around. Folds up neatly and doesn't take much space when folded. There definitely is a trick to hanging up the laundry which takes a bit of time to get used to, as you should really start from bottom up - I recommend sorting out the small clothes like socks out and starting with them. Clothes on the highest level will dry out the quickest as the heat rises. That said, there's plenty of space, and I don't even use the lowest tier when I do a full laundry on our 8 kg washing machine.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 22 March 2021Excellent until it broke...Like other reviewers, ours has lasted just 4 months before cracking at the pivot point, despite only using it to dry small items of clothing. It's been a really good airer over the winter months, and has also doubled up as a conservatory heater. I've repaired the two broken arms by lashing them to the aluminium upright, which I will probably need to do again when the remaining arms break. Whether it will fold up again, I don't know. At least the heating part of it still works. Fingers crossed these running repairs will keep it going for a few years, which is what you'd expect for the price of the product and its "meticulous" manufacture. It's a shame the plastic they used for the arms isn't up to the job.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 August 2021Great idea very poorly implemented.As many other owners have discovered the hinge on the tears is extremely weak. All the hinges on the top 4 tears have snapped. I've repaired them with a strip of aluminum and riveted in place. In addition to the poor build quality the power switch at the bottom of one of the legs melted and started smoking. I removed the switch completely. The resistor used inside the switch in series with the neon lamp was not high enough wattage, so over time the heat from it melted the switch. It is a shame about the build quality as I love how quickly it dries the clothes and folds away so neatly.I don't recommend this product unless you are willing to repair it within a few months of ownership.

Moved into a new home with utility room, the only place I could hang washing out of sight & quickly. Fits nicely into the area out the way, then when folded, behind the door without falling over despite legs being folded in for compact storage. The rails heat up quickly, like placing onto a hot radiator. Yet also cool down quickly so you can store away soon after using. I can wash & dry clothes same day whatever the weather & it's very sturdy. Highly recommend.

The product was delivered very quickly as well. Took 2 days for the delivery. Moreover, the cost is very good. Not very expensive. I would say that the drying time is good enough. Neither too long nor too short. So overall it’s a good product.

It took me a while to get used to hanging what where but overall I am overjoyed that it does what it says on the box!At this time of the year it is a godsend.I put a load on for the day. Turn it off at night. Leave it still hanging and 95% of my washing is dry. Maybe just the odd sock or something may be a little damp due to the closeness of the articles.Would recommend.

I asked the manufacturer for a refund but was refused! They did offer to fix the broken joint, but the inherent problem would still be present. Good idea but needs to be made more robust!!!
