- Does the condensated water have to be drained periodically? Or can do you use a drain pipe to go outside?You don't have to drian if using cool mode ,but you have a drian pipe for dry mode
- Did everyone actually wait 6 to 24 hours before turning it on? What would happen if I just turned it on straight away?I didn’t wait either as this arrived on the day the uk had a big heatwave and I wasn’t about to deal with it with no AC. No problems here at all
- What’s the size of the plate included in the window kit? I have sliding picture windows and am wondering if it’s long enough to seal properly. Many thUnit is65centimetres ,and up to approx 116 centimetres extended 11 centimeters wide
- Purchased on the 11/7/22 and still waiting for an email with delivery date. How long have others waited for info on delivery? Was it quick delivery?I too ordered one when it said IN STOCK. However I'm still waiting for a delivery date, and questioned Amazon over this as its dispatched by them, but they don't even know! Just said as soon as we can. Notice now, the description is saying 7 weeks!
