Which was my main worry about ordering online I'm really pleased I bought this one after a lot of comparing other sets.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 July 2021On second thoughts!!!!Very tempting when you look at what you get for your money, but the reality is it is not that great, I wish I had saved my pennies and took a punt elsewhere. A headache to assemble, the instructions may as well have been issued by the government! screw length left your own discretion seems to be the order of the day when a very simple nod in the right direction could have saved a lot of assembly issues, the sofa feels like it could give way at any moment when you sit on it, ditto when you rest your feet on the stools. Not the best purchase on my part, I cannot see this lasting long but I live in hope!!!! go ahead and purchase if you are easily pleased.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 May 2021Time to assemble!The 1st thing I would say is it wouldn’t take as long to assemble if they labelled or lettered each piece! Took me over an hour to work out which piece is which from the basic pictures on the “assembly instructions” which were just pictures, no wording. Secondly if you only have the “provided” Allen key to assemble, these chairs will take you forever to assemble! Save yourself a lot of time and purchase yourself a ratchet screwdriver with Allen keys! Trust me you will need it! Thirdly! Make sure you put all the nuts and washers etc on a tray, because if you lose one, there are no spares…at all! Having said all that the chairs look fantastic, I am really happy with them, once assembled and you have got over it, they are lovely chairs, but for the money you pay I would have liked thicker cushions! At least double the thickness!

A couple a things; you will definitely need a ratchet screwdriver, if you try and use the allen key it will take ages and a lot more effort!Also a sticker on each component showing the letter corresponding to the instructions would have been very helpful, it is quite difficult to identify which component is which.

Thoroughly irritating, and wish we had just paid more money for a better/ready assembled set. Buy this self-assembly furniture ONLY if your marriage/relationshipn is rock-solid!!

Looks fantastic and very comfortable, there was a part missing from my order but just an email and it was sent out immediately the customer service was top class would highly recommended

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 August 2020Very happy with purchaseHad a problem with delivery only 2 out of 3 boxes arrived, but it was felt with quickly and efficiently and the other box soon showed up. The set was easy to put together although my hands were very sore from the Allen key. But all the bolts make it very sturdy and it looks great and is comfortable to sit on.

- I've just received my garden furniture with no instructions or screws for assembly?When I had my delivery it came in 3boxes known at cartons a b c carton c was missing got left in warehouse, it was quickly found and sent to me ,I may add that all the screws and and instructions were all in the package.

- Hi, did not receive instructions, can i find them online?Hi, we had instructions in the box, but we still got a friend to put it together for us as we couldn’t do it (not technically minded!). Apart from that we are very happy with the product.
