Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 January 2019Cheap materialsSo I was originally quite impressed with this, it went up easily and although the roof was snug, it fit ok and stayed tight. However, I today went outside to use it and noticed that the wind had torn a hole in it, and as I extended it upwards, I got absolutely soaked from buildup of moisture inside, so it's not waterproof and it's not really suitable for all seasons... The frame seems sturdy enough, but the covering is just awful, what a waste of money for a terrible, terrible product, this Gazebo is not weatherproof at all and the side walls are completely ruined :-(
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 April 2019Don't waste your moneyI purchased this item in February 2019 and finally got around to opening the box today 29th April 2019.I immediately spotted two completely broken pole caps and one cracked. Also the tags to tie the guys too, the stitching is very poor and as soon as tension is put on, it breaks away. The stitching on the zips is also very poor. I contacted the company on there number given on the instructions, and was fobbed off not there problem and told to contact Amazon
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 August 2018Very good value. We were apprehensive when purchasing this gazebo, due to the price. But when it arrived & we put it up, we were very pleased with it. The build quality is very good. All of the materials used are high quality.Initial set up is easy enough, did need 4 people to get the top cover on.Once set up, it can be put up & taken down again with two people (although having 4 people makes it much quicker). The sides zip together & are attached to the top cover with heavy duty Velcro. We have used it in our garden several times & used it for a week of camping (used as kitchen dining area). It is water proof & very good when standing up against fairly strong winds. We didn't bother with the puny tent pegs that came with it though, just used some proper rock pegs to pin it to the floor.I would very much recommend this gazebo & so would everyone else that has seen it in action. Our one issue with this product, the wheels on the carry bag are pretty annoying when trying to move it around, as they slide around making it awkward to stand it upright. Don't let this put you off buying one though. We believe this is the best value gazebo you'll ever purchase (spend extra, get the best).
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 April 2019Excellent Product and even better customer service! The gazebo arrived and it could not have been easier to fasten the top cover on the frame. You just open the frame 1/3 at the most, pull the cover over the top and fasten velcro strips. You then pull the frame to it's full size (requires 2 people), click the top of the legs into place and extend the legs to the required height. Very simple. The cover is rubbery and thick and waterproof! What impressed me even more is the customer service at All Seasons Gazebo. I had a slight mishap with my lawnmower and drove into one of the legs. It gave way, not surprisingly, as it was hit with quite a force. I contacted the company directly, they verified the order and a replacement leg arrived in less than 24 hours! There can be no better customer service! It also should be borne in mind that, if the gazebo is damaged in any way and not covered on warranty, it is very easy to buy replacement parts from the company and simply replace the damaged parts. If you buy a gazebo from this company it comes with peace of mind that it can last for many years. If you need the side covers it is well worth it to invest in the premium sides!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 August 2020Very disappointed. Please understand that this gazebo was put up in the garden by a friend of ours who is a Health and Safety Consultant for big building projects, so if anyone is going to know how to put this thing up safely, it's probably her. With that in mind, we were thrilled with how easily it went up, how good it looked, how the velcro tabs and zips all aligned well... We had bought decorations to make it comfortable (my son needed a private outdoor space to inhabit over the summer), furniture, lights...I had even contacted the manufacturer to make sure it was sturdy enough to leave up for a few weeks as we were in the midst of Lockdown and my friend couldn't keep coming back to put it up and take it down again each time some rain beckoned on the horizon and was thoroughly assured that, yes, the gazebo would be light wind and rain proof and that I could purchase without any worries.Well, long story short and it won't surprise anyone reading this to learn that it came down. It was up for less than 10 days and very nearly collapsed around my son. It collapsed so completely that it absolutely cannot be salvaged. It's now just a big heap in my garden and I'm very disappointed.I haven't yet tried pursuing a refund: I'm not holding out much hope, though that's probably not fair to say without having tried. But what I WILL say is absolutely do not buy this product. At all. Avoid it. Save your money. Buy something more robust: the slightest gust of wind will bring this crashing down, and if you have kids who want to use it, it's just not worth the risk.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 August 2019Dont expect too much for your money :(I had put the Gazebo up yesterday for the first time, I noticed there was small holes in the roof compartment within the smaller square. I also noticed during the day that the solid panel started freying a hole in it near the zip, all the panels have an imperfection, the quality in the stitching is poor, the velcro quality is awful.BUT..... appears to be a very sturdy frame. Certainly looks the part despite the faults.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 May 2021Waste of MoneyI paid more than average for this 3x3 gazebo with sides, as the description said it was waterproof, not just water resistant like most of the others, the assembly wasn't too bad, but within a week or two, the metal side structure snapped at a manufacturing week point where the metal was very thin, I contacted the company about it, but no reply, not long later, it snapped in several other places, after that, the windows fell to pieces, as they're too brittle for cold weather, every time it rained, it would lie on top of the roof and penetrate the fabric, instead of running off, my furniture got soaked every time, the zippers started falling off, and the bottom of the side panels frayed and started getting holes in them, eventually, as you can see in my photos, the whole thing collapsed, I sent several more emails to them, with no reply, I have since thrown it away in the skip, non existent after sales, rubbish product, buy at your own risk!!!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 June 2018Great product and excellent customer service.Great gazebo. After the first use of this product it is clear to see that it is very well made and very easy to put up. The gazebo was fully erected for the first time by my wife and myself in less than 10 minutes! An excellent wheeled bag for the main frame was included along with a bag for the gazebo sides. I would definitely use this company again.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 August 2019Withstands British weather!I don't normally leave reviews but we are so impressed with this gazebo even my husband suggested we leave a review on it! Since we got the gazebo the weather has been crazy (typical British summertime) - very windy and torrential rain. We have had it up for 7 weeks solid now on our decking and it has held up amazingly. My husband put bricks in the bags in the corners to weight it down and has also tied it to the side of our house. You can open it up when it's sunny and sit out and enjoy the weather, and close it up in the rain - where we sat and entertained guests with a few drinks and game of cards. My husband has also sat out in it in the rain doing some DIY so I can see this structure being a permanent feature to be honest. Even though the guidance is for it not to be left up all the time, it has been a godsend to us and I can confirm it is 100% waterproof. Definitely a great value for money purchase and a top quality product!
