Our pillows are vacuum packaging, please flap gently to get rid of the initial off gassing, and make them fluffy or put them in the dryer for 10-20 minutes.If there is a little memory foam odor when first using, it's normal new memory foam smell, please don't worry! Just let it air to release it.
Care Instructions:
1. Remove the outer cover and machine wash or by hand, hang it dry, do not machine the pillow directly, do not use bleach.
2. Place the filling inside in a ventilated place for drying.

Like your pillow being flat, or hot, or just uncomfortable. I've never been a fan of memory foam but the way this comes with the foam all shredded is fantastic.I was about to drop £100 per pillow on the Simba ones but after some research, these appear to be exactly the same sort of pillow and at around £58 for a pair, it's definitely far better value.Personally I've taken 5 handfuls of foam out to make it a little smaller but even without, it was super comfortable.Very highly recommended.

I like a medium pillow with good support but not too firm. After removing some of the filling I finally got the perfect combination of both with this pillow for a reasonable price. I'm more than pleased with it and I wish I'd tried it sooner
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 March 2021OK, but not the miracle pillow as suggested and getting flatter.I am a side sleeper and I bought this based on reviews as my shoulder has been hurting with my current pillow.On initial unpacking it was totally flat, so was quite fascinating watching it grow to size. It was huge.The first night I had to removed afew handfuls of the filling as it was too big.This lasted a couple of nights and I have been gradually adding it back in.Three weeks later its all back in and its starting to feel a bit flat and my shoulder is starting to hurt again as it did with my previous pillow. I am having to re fluff it every night but it doesn't seem to hold the shape completely.Its has never been really soft and squishy like a fluffy pillow, but is getting softer the more I use it but it's quite firm on my ear.I am not sure how long it is going to continue working for me tho as seems to be getting flatter.For the price to be honest I'm starting to regret buying it, but then again I was probably expecting miracles!I will come back and update this review in a couple of months and say how it's faired..
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 November 2020Looks and feels like a luxury premium product at a great priceThis pillow is incredible for the price-it looks and feels as premium as others that are nearly ten times the price. I really struggle with neck pain and go through lots of pillows throughout a year with a combination of fillings including memory foam. The ability to adjust the fill level was the feature I wanted the most but was worried about reviews of similar products and the dubious fillings people have found in theirs. Happy to say the filling in this pillow is nice and 'clean' and doesn't have any harsh chemical smells. The pillowcase feels lovely-i get hot at night so really appreciate the cool side (and it does work to an extent too). Unfortunately I can't say it has been a miracle cure for my neck issues (as other reviews on similar products claim) but that is more a reflection of my problems than the quality of the pillow and i have definitely had better night's sleep and been waking in far less pain than usual-its the most comfortable I have been in my discomfort for a very long time. Arrives vaccum packed but was fully up to shape in about an hour and the zippable pouch it comes in is good for storing any filling in that you take out. Customer service is great too-i was sent additional filling to try and get a better fill so I have the ability to alter from medium to extra firm depending on how my neck is feeling which is brill. Honestly can't recommend this enough-just wish I'd bought the twin pack so my wife had one too

The pillow works well for support and firmness with out being rigid like its rivals. If you want comfort and softness these pillows are definitely going in the right direction vut.you must experiment with the amount of filling to take out. As for Softness ok its not going to compare to a down filled pillow but as its Hypoallergenic and stays cooler longer and I suspect will keep its shape it's a good alternative. I only dropped 1 star for Comfort and Softness only until I think the filling is correctly adjusted. Well it's been less than a week so there's still time to consider.P.S. dont be put off by the initial clinical smell the pillow has. I found the instruction enclosed worked well as I was very lucky to have a couple of really hot sunny days recently i was able to wash the covers and air the pillows as per the instructions

I have always had problems sleeping without having at least 2 pillows and would still wake up with (minor) headaches, but the CompuClever Shredded Memory Foam pillow is the perfect size and delivers the right amount of comfort for me to wake up pain-free.One side of the pillow is smoother than the other. For the first few nights, I slept with the smoother side towards the mattress but it caused the pillow to slip away from me by morning. However, I now sleep with the smoother side towards my head instead (which is probably the correct way) and I have not had any further issues.

When they are meant to be firm pillows! Then after buying a few I bought the emma pillow.i really liked it for a few days as it was so firm! Then I kept waking up with headaches, etc as it was actually TOO firm ! Now I've just bought this pillow and I wake up without pain it so soft yet firm enough to support my head properly..ive taken out a little stuffing to get my preferred height and think I found the pillow that is right for me! And it was only 21 odd pound!wasting so many money buying 70 pound pillows! I would definitely recommend this pillow if u have pain waking up. Have to fiddle round with getting the correct amount of stuffing...once u find it it's heaven to sleep.

- What size is this pillow? what size pillowcase should I buy?Hello, comes in small but it expandes. Gets huge. However you can take foam out if needed. I have been using normal double duvet set pillowcases.
