The Essentials pillows by Silentnight are perfect for every home and have been created to ease you into a comfortable and relaxed night’s sleep. The pillows are filled with a hollow fibre filling which results in a soft pillow that provides gentle support and is ideal for people who sleep on their front or back. The Essentials pillows are encased in a soft touch microfibre cover that is easy to care for and will provide exceptional comfort for a perfect night’s sleep
At Silentnight we understand the importance of a good night’s sleep and we believe your pillow should be as unique as you. When choosing the right pillow you need to consider your dominant sleep position. For example people who sleep on their front require only a small amount of support from their pillow, so a soft and slim pillow is ideal for front sleepers. Back sleepers need a little more support, so a medium firmness is best suited. Finally, side sleepers require the most support from their pillow to help relieve pressure from the neck. If you sleep on your side you will feel more comfortable with a firmer pillow. Back and side sleepers may need to use more than one pillow to achieve the perfect level of support.

You can easily plump them up by loosening all the inside stuffing. You need to do this every day and keep turning them so they don't flatten in one place. These are good for tummy sleepers but don't offer any neck support. They are quite small.

- Does the filling in these pillows bunch up after a time? Or end up lumpy so you can't restore their shape?We’ve had these 8months and I’m looking for replacements. Lovely to begin with but they’re pretty flat and lumpy now.
- Vacuum packed?The duvet was I think? It was in a small roll and expanded when I took the plastic off.
