Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 April 2020Fantastic ValueI had to order a table / desk for working at home with the Coronavirus. I have never assembled anything before - my father normally does it for me! I looked at the instructions for a couple of hours - they didn't seem as easy as the reviews implied. But once I got started it was easy and the end product is great! Fantastic value for money.I didn't drill the two extra holes needed for the shelf (first step) as I don't have a drill but it seems it doesn't need it - I have been working on it for two weeks and it is holding up well and it looks great!I am a DIY Goddess in disguise!!Highly recommend it!

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 March 2019Great valueIt’s not an expensive piece of MDF furniture, so don’t expect too much, but you do get great value for money.I bought it for cutting out when sewing as the family moan if I take up the dining table. It’s of average table height which is a few inches too high for me when I’m sat on my bed when using the sewing machine, but ofc if you’ve got higher seating then you’ll be ok.I managed to build it on my own, and I’m not a strong person, but having patience and space helps. The delivery box is heavy so I had to split out all the parts and carry them individually to their final location.Instruction sheet 1 of 2 was missing, but previous experience and a final picture helped me build it within a couple of hours. Be careful to attach the supports, that you’ve put them on the right way ;)The info boasts that the wheels help to move the table. This is incorrect. The wheels only help in opening the supports. It takes brute force to position the table itself, ouch. I did try to find a trolley to shift it around (I don’t want it out permanently) but couldn’t find one 80cm long.Very pleased with it and it was delivered quickly. Thank you seller
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 March 2021Imbecile design for gullible punters1. ultra cheap material: pressed sawdust.(for those get what you paid for mavens: You'd be extremely lucky to get what you paid for.It is not cheap!)2. Lacks castors, those you see are just for the table top flap support which in no way aids moving.3. Single support per flap leads to flap tilt depending on the swung out angle of the single support.4. No means to secure flaps closed when moving or tilting, a prerequistite for a space saving hence movable table.Would return if I hadn't already assembled. Best to buy an old antique table made and designed by proper carpenters rather than this nuts and bolts slotted amateur meccano job design by someone who has no concept or appreciation of what a wonderfull construction material wood is.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 April 2021Best buy ever! This drop leaf desk is absolutely amazing! My brother assembled it yesterday in no time and had no problems whatsoever with the instruction leaflet. I wanted it to hold my maker and give we workspace to craft.I have it against my wall so only one parts folds up to extend it but if I'm doing larger projects I can then turn it so I can open both sides to give me a huge table to work on.It is so sturdy and not at all flimsy like other desks I have used in the past. Also there is some neat storage spaces when you open the fold up part of the desk where you can store bits so you don't need them to be left out cluttering up you workstation. This to me was definitely worth the money and I would 100% recommend it for anyone wanting the same idea as me.All in all I love it and I am so happy with my purchase ??
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 January 2021Fabulous productHighly recommended to purchase. The assembly was relatively easy but you need an electric screwdriver if you don't have a handyman around. It is sturdy and a great size. Best of all the size when folder down, can store anywhere.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 October 2020Amazing solution for a small spaceIt's a great table to have especially now that we all of us work from home. It's realtively easy to assemble and the wheel make it easy to move it around. We thought we would be able to block so nothing moves and actually even with the brake on both wheels you can still move things around so it's better be careful. We use it to work from home and had no issue at all, is stable and sturdy, perhaps not the best option if you have children around who can move the wheel and the support for the lateral support, otherwise perfect if you have limited space
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 May 2021Solid table but very compact when foldedAll parts present, even included a few spare screws. Instructions were easy to follow, even for a non DIYer like me, although it did take me a good couple of hours, but I’m sure most people would have completed it quicker. All pieces of wood were numbered clearly, as were the bags with different screws etc. All you need is a cross screwdriver, electric will speed things up as there are 42 screws for the leafs alone. The table is very solid and quite heavy, especially when putting it together. When folded it takes up very little space, but when opened up fully you could easily sit 6 around it. Good value for money.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 April 2021It’s good, but possibly could be more sturdier and easy to moves !Purchased this more for my sewing & crafting but unfortunately it’s not as sturdy as I thought it might be !Have used it for a week now and has been extremely handy as I can now do cutting on the mat without breaking my back using the floor! Also purchased this particular style as thought it would be easier to put away when not being used but it quite hard to move around.Probably would be ok as a dining table as it meant to be used for that particular purpose but you couldn’t fit 6 people comfortably. In hindsight, maybe not the best product for art & crafts though !Can’t blame the supplier as they delivered it promptly and it’s definitely good value, especially if you have a small space as it can be folded and put away in a small space.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 18 September 2020Great Value Foldaway TableThis such good value for money compared to other side leg tables on sale and much sturdier and better than I was expecting. We needed a foldaway table for our beach hut and it is perfect for this use or any other room where space savings are of the essence. Instructions were simple to follow and it didn't take too long to assemble. I only gave fours stars above for ease of assembly as I am not very good at assembling flat pack furniture, but others would probably give it five. The table is of very good quality and well finished. All in all, highly recommended.

- Hi, would i be able to paint over this with black furniture paint? i'm after a black dining table with similar dimensions but struggling to find one.The table has a nice Matt finish and I see no reason why you can’t paint over it but if you do it would probably be easier to paint all the parts prior to assembling the table.
