Broken within minutes!Initially pleased but as I was sitting in lounger it cracked and tipped me completely upside down, cracking my head on the floor! Downright dangerous! Now squabbling over a refund even though it is obviously broken they want me to carry this large item to a return depot for a partial refund... I guess I should be grateful I didn't injure myself ? Chair was returned to them and not acknowledged... still waiting on my refund! UPDATE: refund on 1st chair. 2nd chair has broken the same. DANGEROUS - should be taken off the market!!!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 10 July 2019Break on use, no response from companyProduct was a pair, one of which broke when sat on, chair completely tipped back, dangerous, luckily no one injured but would have been different If had been elderly person, having read the reviews we are speaking to trading standards as these chairs are obviously dangerous.They want the chair returned but no way of getting it back to them , will keep updating on trading standards report

Unfortunately when the chairs were in the recline position and locked off, the chairs just slide back to a normal seating position.I contacted the seller via email & asked if the chair could be replaced as it did not hold in the recliner position.The seller refused to replace those FAULTY product!!! As a good will jester the offered me £5 instead.I actually can’t believe it and I am in total shock at there response. Unbelievable in my opinion.I would not recommend this product to my worst enemy.

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 July 2019What a bargain!These are such a bargain! Bought them just in time for the hot weather and can honestly say these are the best sun loungers! They came in a box that you literally just pull them out of already assembled which was great. And they are so easy to use to be able to lay back and relax on. They have a bar at the bottom which is a great foot rest and a great relaxing feature too, plus the pillow which can be adjusted to wherever you want to lay your head. Such a fab buy.

I brought a drinks support which makes it up for any faults that I can find to these chairs. All in All, I will definitely recommend and I would definitely buy it again.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 August 2020By at your own riskReceived in good time, after a few week of approximately 2 hour use, rust noted on the welded steel round section that the webbing attaches to. After another 2 hour use the welds started breaking (5 off) from the frame. The rusting was caused by a bad powder coating process. The broken welds caused by 25% contact area welded and not fully similar to a rack weld. I am 80kg and my wife 65kg and both of us look after own equipment/belongings. The return via sellers courier Hermes was terrible with the tracking continually stating its on its way. The Parcel shop we sent it from only gives an 8 digit number which creates havoc. I needed to raise this issue with Amazon before the third party got off there backsides. This product was originally sold by B&M and Argos at a considerably lower price. These companies no longer stock them but the are on there website. We might be unlucky but the product is probably manufactured in there thousands so you have a good chance of receiving one.

- How do you lock the arms in to the desired positionThe arms are part of the frame and move as the chairs move - so end up in the correct position. I am very pleased with my chairs by the way. Robust and very comfortable!
- What is the weight of the chairI have not weighed the chair, but they are quite easy to lift.
- How can you buy the eexact same item out of argos for 30 pounds and bargains galore take 65 pounds a chair rip off galore it should say.The ones from Amazon are a set of TWO two chairs.I bought the Argos ones a couple of years ago and they are fine, but I wanted two and they are free delivery , so the price is fine and the quality good.
