I was worried it might not put out enough light but as you can see from my picture it's quite bright, that's probably its only downside as you can't really aim it at yourself as it's too bright.

The light is bright and clear. The lamp itself is small enough to adjust by hand if you want more or less direct light, considerably easier than the previous lamp.It was simple to put together and the power cable is long enough that it does not have to be placed right next to a power outlet
