  Dreadful and very cheap looking.

  Oh dear, incredibly poor quality. Lightweight, the base had small marks on it where the 'metal' had been scraped off. The lightshade was dented and the join of the material was very obvious. If my local post office was open this would have gone back but It is going in the bin I'm afraid. This exact model is being advertised on Dunelm but was not in stock.I would advise them to withdraw this rubbish, if they have not already done so.

  This arrived with multiple marks an dents on the shade as well as scrapes on the base. I also noticed that it had a Dunelm label on it and the same item is £8.99 in the shop.Feel ripped off and not happy with the condition of the item

  Insufficient packaging to protect shade in transit

  I do like this product but unfortunately I feel that the shade is poorly manufactured and has suffered in transit. It looks as though the plug, or possibly the hard brown packing paper, has created indentations on the shade, I thought these would not cause a problem but as you can see from the photos when the lamp is switched on the indentations are highlighted. Such a shame as it is a really sweet lampHave now changed my rating as I see this is not a one off. I would have sent back for a refund but no longer have packaging. Now I am rather angry as obviously other comments have not been acted on, utterly disappointing

  Came with all the shade dented. Returned for full refund. Looked cheap too.

  As with another purchaser, the lampshade arrived with small dents on it, and there was a label inside showing that this item was £8 at Dunelm. I paid £16.75 from A2Z Home Solutions through Amazon. However, the product arrived the next day as promised. Also, worth saying that you can't use an energy saving bulb with this. You need to use a LES dimmable bulb.

  Really disappointed with this just received it & the lamp shade is cracked & dented in a terrible state it would be lovely if it was in good condition. I’ve been issued a refund & have ordered another shade fingers crossed!

  This is a cute little lamp. The shade was a bit dented when it arrived but I was swapping it for the one off my old lamp anyway so it didn't natter to me.

  Cheap looking lamp

  Lamp shade creased and dented. Looks so cheap. Could of got a better lamp for a quarter of the price from B&M.Very disappointed. How can I get a refund ?
