- Reviewed in the United Kingdom ?? on 17 March 2021Bright lighting, easy to installWe were overdue replacing lights on the upstairs hallway. Existing lamps were bulb on a wire affairs with lampshade. In total it took 20 minutes to remove old fitting and install the new one. The instructions were a blast to read - normal poorly translated nonsense, but easy to follow.Assembly of the light unit itself took about 5 minutes, and involved attaching the light arms to the base. Installation is simple, attach the mounting bar to the ceiling, wire in the unit to the existing wires, wriggle the wires so that they fit when the unit is mounted to the bar, then tighten two screws. A breeze to complete.Unit was earthed which was a nice surprise.Remember to turn off the lighting circuit while you install this unit.Edit: Having now installed the second light in an area which has a switched live requirement for multiple switches and lights in the same area, I would recommend that anyone planning to do the same takes a look at the wiring required, plans to replace the connector block with something more substantial and also carefully notes how the previous light was wired in before starting.Also, one star removed as the bulbs are not replaceable.

Only problem I had was that the instructions were not in English so had to follow a very small diagram. I’m always nervous assembling anything electrical so proper instructions are important. .Once assembled they are really easy to fix to ceiling and look great. Just what I wanted and at a reasonable price.4 stars. Would have been 5 with proper instructions.Would buy again

The junction box screws were a little small but manageable. Fairly easy to install, but be wary of existing cabling to ensure compliance. A competent installer is recommended. The supplier offers great support
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom ?? on 30 December 2022Smaller than it looksAssembly quite fiddley. Also after connecting all as the instructions, two of the strips weren’t lighting up. My partner luckily works with electrics for his job so dismantled the sealed parts and there was a wire not connected. Looks nice now but it only measures approx 400mm max, so even in the small bedroom we have, it looks a bit too small.

Quite fiddly trying to keep all the wires inside the frame but patience is a must. I fitted a small packer under the support bracket to ease fitting of the main case to it. Overall great looking

When it arrived the bottom of the fitting had been stuck together wrongly so it was not square and the holes were out of line so the wires would not go through the slots meant for them. It is very poorly made and cheap looking so I would certainly not recommend.

The lights are good and modern.For a standard size living room, I recommend one light warm white 3000K.The material of the mainboard and the ways is metal. It looks really good, it's NOT cheap painted plastic.
