- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 20 April 2021Customer service is all importantThe plates (six dinner and six side) arrived late and several of the dinner plates were broken. We initially contacted the Seller only to be told that we could not have a refund for the side plates as they were not bought "as part of a set" but as two different orders - albeit with seconds of one another. Finally, after much going and froing a senior person at Rinkit intervened and offered to refund the entire purchase price in recognition that one set of plates were useless without the other. All of this was a pity as the plates themselves were really nice. Moral of the story. Make sure the packing and carrier are up to the job and that your customer service folks actually understand the customer.
