- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 12 August 2021Good plates no customer service!The plates in itself are excellent, however one of them arrived chipped and another looked an odd shape. It's meant to be chip resistant by the way! When I contacted Amazon customer service, they said there was no way just to return/exchange the one item and have to return the whole package and they couldn't help further as it came from Amazon US! Really a shame as I love the product but now have paid in full for a faulty one. Poor customer service, as it really isn't my issue of where it comes from as long as the option was provided. I've had great experience with Amazon's customer service in the past, which prompted me to become a prime customer. Sadly this is changing and I will now need to review whether to stay as one!
