HENXFEN LEAD 21CM BOHEMIAN SALAD PLATES 6 PIECE SET

You'll be pleasantly surprised by how versatile these HENXFEN LEAD plates truly are! While they're called "salad plates," their 21 cm (roughly 8-inch) size makes them perfect for so much more. Imagine starting your day with a hearty breakfast of eggs and toast, serving up a light lunch like a gourmet sandwich or a colourful pasta dish, or even presenting delicious appetisers when friends come over. They're also ideal for desserts, giving your sweet treats that extra touch of bohemian charm. The subtly flared rim is a clever design feature, too; it keeps your food neatly contained, preventing any accidental spills, which is always a bonus during a busy meal. You'll find yourself reaching for them constantly throughout the day.

When it comes to durability and safety, these HENXFEN LEAD plates truly excel. We craft them from the highest quality porcelain, which is then fired at incredibly extreme temperatures. This isn't just a fancy step; it's what gives them maximum strength and resilience, making them remarkably chip-resistant – perfect for the hustle and bustle of daily life. You can also rest easy knowing they're completely free from harmful lead and cadmium, so your food stays pure and untainted. Plus, they're designed not to absorb any food flavours or aromas, ensuring every meal tastes exactly as it should. You're investing in robust, long-lasting tableware that's genuinely safe for your family.

Absolutely, cleaning these colourful dessert plates is an absolute breeze, which we know is a huge plus for busy households! Their smooth, non-stick glaze means food residue simply washes away with warm soapy water. But here's the best part: they're completely dishwasher safe. You can load them up without a second thought, and their brilliant, shiny appearance, along with those vibrant bohemian designs, will remain just as stunning wash after wash. That's because we fire the ceramics at such high temperatures during manufacturing, permanently locking in those rich hues. You'll appreciate how effortlessly they maintain their charm, even with daily use.

The description truly captures the essence of these plates; they are indeed a celebration of bohemian artistry! Each plate features intricate, hand-painted motifs, making every piece feel unique and special. You'll discover a kaleidoscope of rich, living colours that genuinely transform your table into a vibrant scene. We understand you want designs that last, and that's precisely why we fire these ceramics at incredibly high temperatures. This crucial process ensures that those stunning bohemian patterns and their rich hues are permanently set, meaning they absolutely will not fade, even after years of daily use and countless washes. They're designed to be a lasting statement piece that sparks joy.

While 21cm (or about 8 inches) might sound like a "salad plate" size, you'll find these plates surprisingly practical for a range of meals beyond just small portions. They're generously sized for a light lunch, like a substantial sandwich with a side, or even a casual pasta dish where you don't need a huge, overflowing plate. For a full, multi-component main course, you might prefer a larger dinner plate, but for everyday meals, appetisers, or even a smaller main, they're absolutely perfect. The subtly flared rim also plays a practical role, expertly designed to keep your food neatly on the plate, making them a really functional choice for various dining needs.

That's a great question, and it's understandable to wonder about the individual weight when you see the total set weight! The entire six-piece set weighs approximately 4.4 kg. If you divide that by six, each plate comes in at around 730 grams. While this gives them a substantial, high-quality feel in your hand – a sign of their durable porcelain construction – they're not excessively heavy. This weight contributes to their stability on the table and their chip-resistant nature, ensuring they feel robust and well-made rather than flimsy. You'll find them comfortable to handle and appreciate their solid craftsmanship.
