Customer Review
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 August 2021Beautifully designed and fit for purposeThis dish rack does its job perfectly. The designers really have considered everything. The rack can be positioned either way as the drainage channel swivels. They catch tray can be easily removed for cleaning, but it lightly clips into place to ensure that the drip tray doesn't move during use. The cutlery box also drains into the main tray. The rack is light but sturdy, and well sized.I'm genuinely delighted with it. Well done to whoever designed this, I love it!
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 March 2021Brilliant itemThis is brilliant - so hygienic. The dish drainer has plastic feet so it doesn’t scratch your surface, the drip tray is great and the draining funnel a brilliant idea that works so well - the cutlery drainer holds a surprising amount and the cup/glasses hooks on the side of the drainer are brilliant - one of the best items I’ve purchased
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 April 2021Too expensive for what it isLooks smart and like tray not sitting on sink, designed for water to drip into sink. I think it is overpriced for what it is. I do like it but I live in area of hard water so still have to remove tray to wipe to keep limescale away. The moveable part that water drips off does move 360 but comes apart easily.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 July 2021Very elegantHaving read other customer reviews we bought this. Its very elegant and has easily adaptable draining into the sink. Will save the granite hardly draining board surface from being constantly wet.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 April 2021Very good qualitySuch a good quality! Very happy with the purchase! It has a simple style but the components are very useful and makes my kitchen nice and clean.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 August 2021Leaks!Really liked this until it leaked. I'm sure it would be fine on adraining board as it would then drain into the sink. As I have a belfast sink I wanted it on the worktop next to the sink. Water has backed up the spout and leaked all over the worktop. Gutted as everything else is spot on and it looked lovely in my kitchen.Edited to add; I've received multiple emails from the seller offering me amazon vouchers in exchange for deleting this review. I strongly suspect that these vouchers would never materialise...Further edit... I'm still being harassed multiple times a day by the seller asking me to delete this review.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 October 2021does the job well except for glassesSturdy, well made and the fact that the drainage shute can be set along either the short or long side is ideal. Only quibble, as others have said, the prongs to hold glasses do not drain into the drainage tray. They probably would work for some glasses if they were taller.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 October 2021the best so farover the years we have tried a large range of drainers but i must say that this is the best one by far.simple to put together,a solid base so that water runs into it and a spout to drain any water into the sink so no standing water and no mess.a very practical drainer with a handy place to put cups ,glasses etc.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 October 2021PerfectJust what I needed. Helps keep the sink area in order when washing up. Well made and looks very stylish compared to the cheap looking ones from Matalan. I’m very happy
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 19 October 2021NiceNice little unit, however, as many other reviewers have said, the drain hole/chute just does not work. Pity, as that was my main reason for purchase.
Customer questions and answers
- What’s the email for registration of Warranty? Says to check on the yellow card but i dont find any email.Yes you can ?
- what is the maximum length of the spout from each side? The draining chute can be extended to 45 cm by pulling it out to its maximum or shortened to 36cm by pushing it in to its minimum. The chute also pivots, so if you are stuck for space it can go to the minimum then pivot, so your overall width would be 33cm
- Does it leak directly out of the bottom as reviews in other similar product?Yes, I sent mine back because the water didn't drain off the spout and backed up so it leaked all over my worktop (which was oak and had only just been fitted)
- Can someone tell me the distance between the feet and the height of the tray from worksurface. Also can the cutlery drainer be clipped inside the trayHi. The distance between the tray and the worksurface is less than 2 inches - 4.5 cm . Yes, the cutlery drainer can be clipped inside the tray.
