They have a nice weight to them too so nice to use. Don't put them in the dishwasher for two reasons; 1, could easily cut your hands if not aware they had been loaded2, reviews on most knives mentioned signs of rust even extremely expensive ones so didnt want to risk itWould highly recommend this knife set.

It’s a completely different knife set to the product described and shown. The knifes aren’t comfortable or safe to hold as they have metal handles, you can easily slip while using. The knives don’t even fit in the holder correctly. Complete waste of my time and probably one of the worst products I’ve brought on Amazon. If I could give it zero stars I probably would.

Due to the screws sticking out it has scratched my tablet on the back.

- can you easily cut the meat easily ?Yes, too easy
- Do all knives have serrated edges or is it just the one knife? I prefer non serrated edges.It is only the one knife (which is a bread knife) which is serrated. The other ones are just non serrated, I think when it is a block of knives you will always get a serrated bread knife.
- Are these suitable for left-handed?I have this set and looking closely at the knives the handles are symmetrical and feel comfy in either right or left hand (I am right handed). Have used super sharp knives daily for a year and still haven't had to resharpen them yet. Wood block is heavy with a useful recipe card/tablet/phone holder.
- What are the handles made of? Plastic? Are the handles durable?classical handles, triple-riveted makes it durable to use
