Love the sea, sun and the southern climate? With the "Provence" champagne flute you can bring a Mediterranean flair to your table and experience the pleasure of tingling champagne and prosecco. The short-stemmed glasses are decorated using pantography, which takes it's inspiration from the south and gives the glasses a certain elegance. Finished in crystal glass.
The refined "pantography" is an old and almost forgotten glass-makers technique for decorating glass. The especially lacy motifs are first engraved on a zinc plate - today replaced with automatic computer technology - and finally traced from the pantograph whilst simultaneously placed over the glass that has been submerged in wax.

Having used just one at a time for water at dinner this is a great ornament to my tray .However one less star as two have broken at the rim . Perhaps this is because I stood them on the rim after washing .Rims up from now on .

The short stem adds to their stability but does not detract from their appearance. If I had the room I would order a set of their Champagne flutes.

Went for the larger ones and they are a decent size, I think the smaller ones would be too small. Good modern period styles and look far more expensive than they are. Lovely to drink from and very well packed, would recommend.
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 1 December 2020Trying to contact seller for replacement of one chipped glassthere seems to be no way of contacting the seller once the item has been delivered (or before, for that matter), as it would be much more efficient to replace just one chipped glass, then having to resend it all back for a replacement set... No one to communicate with.. So I guess I will just have to return all 6, which is a shame.Glasses are pretty, although very thin and seemingly delicate (no wonder one arrived already chipped).If the seller is reading this feedback, hopefully they will get in touch with me to sort this out..

Yes they are fine and delicate but ours have been well used and through the dishwasher a lot and still look perfect. I plan to buy another 6. They are not nearly as large as lots of more modern-looking glasses so they could cut down your intake a bit!

One glass had a slight flaw which looked like two very small chips round the rim but that doesn't bother me too much.Very fine glasses so be very careful when washing.

Returning is at your own cost with warning that refund may be reduced if damaged on receipt. Not customer friendly service experience at all.
