  Waste of money

  If you want true red mugs, don’t buy these. As other customers have said, they are not red as advertised but more of a dark red/terracotta. The images are misleading and the light they’re taken it makes them look red. My pic shows a red item next to the mug so at least any future buyers who read reviews first on this can see. The seller refused to refund me unless I paid to return. Why should I do that when they’re not what was advertised. The seller could have been a bit more understanding and fairer I think and be clearer on what customers are buying. Out of pocket and wasted my time and money.

  Slightly disappointed.

  Nice enough but really disappointed that the colour turned out to be not as illustrated on Amazon. Chose these as they were meant to be a strong, vibrant red but turned out to be more of a salmon pink. Could have sent them back but more trouble than it was worth.

  The colour RED.

  Nice bit of crockery. Just the right shape, easy to handle etc. Would av got 5 stars.... BUT........ the red colour is very close to terrocotta red, and no where close to the vibrate bright red as depicted. Just a tad disappointed.

  Shade of blue not what I was expecting but a good price.

  Arrived in a completely mashed up box them My Hermes couriers deliberately trample on parcels marked fragile I'm sure of it. Anyway luckily mugs escaped any damage they feel nice I've not used them yet so I don't know how long the mugs hold heat. My dislike is they are not the attractive colbot like blue in the picture they appear more slate/wedge wood blue sadly. I tried to photograph one but looks even darker so you won't get an idea of actual colour from that, I can say they are definately not the same shade as shown but they are descent and not expensive.

  Yellow mugs

  I would describe the shade of yellow almost mustard yellow, looks very nice, goes with navy and grey very well. Good quality, the rim is not thick and chunky, but not much thicker than a china mug, which is what I like. Very pleased. Arrived very quickly and well packaged with bubble wrap and cardboard.

  Excellent Set Of Medium Sized Mugs

  An excellent set of mugs & guess what they're medium-sized. Not too big not too small & which I can only describe as a standard size teacup/mug set. The set was extremely well packaged in sets of two, bubble wrapped & in three sturdy cardboard packages. They were placed in a large cardboard box also containing the large air-filled bubble wrap.The quality is excellent for the price & they look nice. I've used them in the microwave and had no problems. Recommended.

  Lovely colour and size

  Great quality and size, they're quite vibrant and go lovely with the room theme. My only pet peeve is that when holding hot drinks they don't hold the heat so well, so make sure to stick to holding the handle! In my first order, 3 of my mugs arrived absolutely shattered. I contacted the seller, and they were ever so lovely about the situation, and shipped me 3 replacement mugs that have just arrived, all in perfect condition! Great product, absolutely lovely seller, would buy again!

  Lovely and stylish

  I really love the look of these mugs, they are smart, lovely to drink from and most importantly, they are white inside so I can tell straight away of it has not be cleaned properly ! I have bought a few things from this retailer and I can find no fault with anything, delivery is quick and the products are always excellent.

  love these mugs so much have bought a second set I have a yellow and the lilac sets. They are a good size look nice wash in dishwasher no problem would recommend.

  Great mugs. Use everyday

  These are great for every day use. No probs in the dishwasher. One did arrive chipped but was replaced without any quibble and without having to return the set. Hence no marks deducted for packaging. All good and would recommend
