  Full of imperfections

  I ordered 12 of these pint glasses and the amount of packaging seemed absurd. Every 2 glasses were wrapped in heaps of bubble wrap and then furthermore wrapped with the bigger air pouches. I appreciate the care but it doesn’t seem particularly environmentally friendly. That being said approximately 80 percent of the glasses had small but indented scratches - not a huge problem but these are meant to be new products and due to the amount of packaging there’s not much point returning them.

  No problems with this delivery, all the 12 glasses arrived safely and are well made as described which was a relief after reading some of the other reviews about flaws. These are strong thick heavy glasses that should last a long time. I recommend.

  4 of the 12 glasses had manufacturing faults, and it took a couple of emails to and fro and a little bit of time faffing around taking photos of the faults etc. to sort it out.The seller sent 4 replacement glasses hence the 3 stars.Had they all been good quality first time round it would have been 5 stars as they are great glasses.

  I bought this set for my home bar, as I was tired of flimsy glasses that chipped easily. These Utopia glasses are definitely a step up. I've accidentally knocked one over on my wooden floor (empty, thankfully!) and it didn't even chip, which is a testament to their durability. The 20oz capacity is perfect for a proper pint, and they look very professional. My only minor critique is that they are quite heavy, especially when full. While this adds to the feeling of quality, some of my guests (and even myself after a few!) have commented on the weight.   We purchased these Utopia pint glasses for a series of outdoor community events we're hosting this summer. The price for a set of 12 fully toughened, CE marked glasses was very attractive, especially given the potential for accidental drops at large gatherings. The majority of the glasses are excellent – sturdy, good capacity, and the toughened glass is a definite plus for safety. However, upon unboxing, two of the twelve glasses had very minor chips around the rim, almost imperceptible but enough that we couldn't use them for serving. While 10 out of 12 is still decent for the price point, it meant we had to quickly source replacements for those two. I'd advise anyone buying these in bulk to thoroughly inspect each glass upon arrival. Otherwise, they perform well and are easy to clean.
