On arrival one had not survived the journey and was broken. I contacted the seller. Received a reply immsdiately and was informed a replacement would be sent the next day.That is exactly what they did.I now have 4 beautiful glasses.Excellent service. Great product.

When opening a bottle of the size I get from the supermarket it only 2/3 fills the glass. Oh no ~ what can you do? Open a second bottle. If only all things were this simple.Cheers !

Nothing too much but one little wrap around one glass would have helped.
