They were well packaged and arrived safety. Lovely shape to hold and the Weiss bier tastes great out of them. My only gripe would be that the spiral cuts were poorly excuted and on one glass very hard to make out. I think these might have been "seconds". Howvere as I got these glasses at a very good price and had problems with another seller, I haven't bothered seeking for a refund. This time they arrived intact!
