1How many watts is this
My electrician says it's 300 watts. It is very warm though and does heat our 10' x 10' bathroom but don't know about winter yet as only been in a week.

4Can this Rowell rail be used without the thermostat
I wouldn’t think it would be safe and of any benefit not using the thermostat.The towel rail I must say gives a great heat and with the thermostat you can put it to whichever temperature you like….Just my opinion I wouldn’t have it without the thermostat as it’s in my downstairs toilet and I sometimes forgot to switch it off.
