This will ensure that not only do you dry your towells but you will also get heat given off to your bathroom. Heat Output: The rails are IP64 rated and are suitable for zone 2 in your bathroom
BE IN CONTROL: The towel rail is supplied with a 7 day programable timer with a built in room thermostat. This means you can set the rail to come on when you want it and set the room temperature to ensure maximum comfort when you need it. The controller has a manual function for the times you want additional heat. With the controller you can set it once and not worry about having left the heater on.
ENERGY EFFICIENT. Our electric towel rails ure the latest PTC heating elements which means that when the towel rail is up to working temperature the power used to keep the rail at the correct temperature can reduce by up to 30% so saving you money
NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. All our electric towel rails are supplied with everything you need to fit the rail to the wall. it comes per filled with a rust inhibitor / antifreez solution, heating element, adjustable wall brackets, wall fixing screws and wall plugs

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 September 2019Nice quality towel rail, Rubbish timerThis is the only heat source in the ensuite and was fitted by a qualified electrician. Had to replace the timer early on as it never worked properly, had to replace the element after 18 months but customer service was good. New timer speeds along so changes minutes every 10 seconds, hence never on when I needed it. Will try a 3rd timer!

Do not recommend purchasing as the only reason we did was so we could have it on a timer - and the timer scheduling doesn’t work !!!!!

I've managed to change the temp but that's it. Usually you can find a manual online for most things, but not this.

- How many watts is thisMy electrician says it's 300 watts. It is very warm though and does heat our 10' x 10' bathroom but don't know about winter yet as only been in a week.

- Can this Rowell rail be used without the thermostatI wouldn’t think it would be safe and of any benefit not using the thermostat.The towel rail I must say gives a great heat and with the thermostat you can put it to whichever temperature you like….Just my opinion I wouldn’t have it without the thermostat as it’s in my downstairs toilet and I sometimes forgot to switch it off.
