- What height and width is this fire pleaseI presume you want to outside measurement of the black surround frame which is H67cm x W64cm. The grate protrudes from the wall that it sits flat against by about 22cm. Hugh Mackay
- Is this genuinely freestanding or does it need to be screwed into a hearth or back board to make it stable?Absolutely free standing. As long as your wall or fire place is vertical it should be no problem. Mine fits up against my existing fire opening and onto the hearth. Ddoes not require any fixings.Very sturdy and would recommend the unit without reservation.
- Does anyone no how much this costs in an hour to useSorry don’t know. Not experienced a cold season yet. So it has not been in use.
- can you give me the measurements of the fire pleaseI have an opening of 16 inches, in my fireplace so will the back fit into this alright, as some fires require 18 inches.
