    Customer questions and answers

    • can you by-pass the timer ..
I never use the timer. It’s there so you can use it if you want but the heat can just be turned on and then off whenever you want. I leave mine in for an hour or so to keep a room warm and then turn it off when I want.
    • Can't get it to work, plugged directly into mains, but it just says E3 and powers off. Any ideas? :(
Mine works 100% check you have the sleeve pulled out the remote could be that.
    • Does this heater switch off when reaching required temperature or does fan continue to run
This does switch off when reaching the required temperature - however, it all depends where you are using it - in order for it to obtain that temperature and the setting you have it on. ie. small area or larger area. Hope this helps.
    • can you connect it to an extension cable?
I have mine connected to an extension cable however my extension cable is fixed to the wall. I’m pretty sure that it has an automatic cut out of it is laid down
