- Does this come with remote controlNo remote control with this item. Albeit the touch buttons on the side are easy reach to use. I find i have a setting i like and it stays on that all day.
- Will this help to remove or reduce a stubborn & persistent smell from a room above a kitchen?I should have thought that it depends on whether the smell arises from particles e.g. smoke or from gaseous material. The filter is designed to trap particles such as allergens. It's unlikely in my view that it would mitigate problems at a molecular level.
