  Rubbish. If we weren't in a pandemic I'd be returning the item. We had 3 pieces that didn't have holes for the screws to be drilled into so we had to make our own. The holes are too big for the nut to sit in and where the holes had been drilled they didn't align properly and had to be drilled on an angle. We wouldn't have been able to get it up without an impactor. Don't waste your money or stress levels.*Edit* I submitted my original review on 3rd April when I had put it together, today on 13th April the table top slid off and smashed into 200,000 pieces. All that is securing the table top down are some suckers that the glass sits on. I pressed it down hard and it was fine. But we had a little rain last night and it was cold. When I came out this morning to wipe it down, it slid off in my hand and shattered. It really is rubbish!!

  Lovely set but really hard to put together

  OMG well this set looks lovely but you have to improvise. Holes don't match up, one hole was blocked. I had to improvise with other types of screws. It is not the best product but for the price I can't really complain and it hasn't collapsed yet! It took me 1.5 hours to set up one chair and another week before I could face putting up the rest ha ha! It is really awkward to get the bolts in.

  Garden furniture

  Product arrived and was not the easiest to put together to be honest. There was a problem with a piece of the furniture, I contacted the company and this was rectified by a replacement being sent out. Highly recommended this product and company

  Not as difficult to build as some make out

  After seeing all the reviews of how difficult this was to build, I wasn’t looking forward to it. I took the advice of another reviewer and used an electric screwdriver with an alan fitting. I wouldn’t say it difficult but the nuts between the side of the chair and the edge of the seat were awkward but not difficult. One problem was one of the threaded fittings hated a piece of metal over it and was stripped, but rather than send for a replacement we drilled it out and used a nut and bolt in it. Overall very pleased. Great price, free delivery, suite looks better than another Rattan suite I have which although slightly bigger was about 4 times the price.

  rattan garden furniture

  looks really nice on the photo. really poorly designed. not one screw hole in the right place now we know why this is cheeper than other similer products we wouldnt recommend nor will we be buying a similer product such as this again. We are very unhappy!.

  A bad replacement...

  During a storm, tiles from my roof fell onto one of the chairs in a similar set, breaking the rear of the seating area. I was sent money from my insurance company to replace the set. I selected this set, as it was the only one that my insurance money would cover. It was impossible to assemble and i needed to call on someone to help. They also had problems. The first step was to re-drill the holes, the second was to buy a roll of clear gaffer tape to repair a leg, where the rattan had unwound in transit! Once assembled, it transpired that the chairs were so much smaller than my previous set, that a normal sized male could not fit in to a chair, unless he kept his legs tight together!!! I would not recommend this item to anyone, unless it was only going to be used by small children and also had a "handy man" around to re-drill the holes covered by the plastic rattan!

  Great for price, but 'mixed grey' is more like silver.

  Great piece considering price, really fast delivery and reasonable quality. Only thing to be mindful of is the 'mixed grey' is more like silver.. there wasn't any good pictures of this colour - so here you go!

  Lovely looking,compact and comfortable

  Value for money and very compact - great for a smaller area!I use it as indoor,living room furniture instead of sofa as I have got a Cat.What I love the most is the material,looks great and with plants added to Your room it gives Mediteran veranda feeling.The only issue I had I had 2 missing bolts in package - but I found something similar in the house.

  Great set for the price

  Love this set, for the price its amazing value, we have been getting so much use out of them since we bought. Bit of a bugger to put together as the other reviews mentioned, get a Alan key shaped screwdriver attachment for the drill, save lots of time. just be sure not to over tighten though. Happy with our set for sure

  Patio Rattan set

  This set looks great and is comfy if you are not too big, the sizing is definitely for smaller adultsThe water resistant cushions are a nice addition. I thought for the price it would be more sturdy but it seems to be doing ok at the momentThe coffee table on the other hand is a joke, the dangerous glass top merely sits on two suckers and is not correctly sized, in my opinion is just a terrible accident waiting to happen!!
