  Shocking quality DO NOT BUY!!

  Went up nice and easy, we were using it to cover the lazy spa, it was fine with no bad weather...... then it rained heavily overnight. The gazebo roof pocketed the water causing it to collapse and break. Save your money and don't waste it on such a poor quality product.

  Easy to erect, sadly product is made from poor quality material

  Item arrived sooner than expected.Came well packaged however the box was damaged and product inside could be seen.Once opened the gazebo was erected in no time at all.Sadly once erected I noticed issues with it, one of the metal poles was bent but more worryingly lots of small holes close to the Velcro straps the hold it to the legs, fearing these small holes will be an issue I contacted the seller, they instantly replied offering to help resolve it.I can’t fault the seller and their speed in responding, sadly the product didn’t even last 2 days before one of these small holes spread and turned into a large rip.The item was erected during the hot spell in May and did not see any high winds or rain yet managed to rip so easily.Item was returned and to date I am waiting a refund as it was not fit for purpose**Update**Have now received my full refund. If I was reviewing the company then easy 5/5, a v good company that care about their customers, just a shame this product doesn’t match that standard

  This is a fab gazebo if u dont live in the uk and have weather that is always sunny!!!oh it is waterproof but collects rain on the roof which causes weight the frame cannot handle!! with huge water weights on each leg for weighted support and pegged into the ground 1 gust of wind burst holes in the material where the velcro fasteners are attatched on the sides, every single side panel!!! another gust of wind snapped 2 of the legs at the top!! fyi this is scottish summer time and i have had it not even 8 weeks and it is totally gubbed!!! Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere!!!

  Bought this for a BBQ my daughter had scheduled at a time when rain was predicted. As it turned out heavy winds piled in also.Erected frame early doors, filled corner weight bags with sand, about 8Kg per corner which was more than adequate to keep frame stable on a flat patio area. About three hours later put 3 sides up to give protection to folk sitting within footprint, was still a bit too windy for canopy to be fitted. Put canopy on about an hour later and all was fine.I was a bit concerned that material seemed a bit lightweight, need not have worried as it proved more than adequate. My only criticism was their were no instructions but as it is fairly self evident how it goes up it is not a major problem. It woould also have been helpful if windbars had been provided.All in all a good value purchase which was delivered when promised.

  So far fantastic. Easy to put up. Been up in both wind and rain. No sign of any weaknesses. Only one slight aesthetic issue with ours. There is what seems to be a slight pull in the sewing if the fabric on thr roof. But I must stress this is aesthetic only. Still 100% waterproof. Not even a drop. From seams. Roof or anywhere. With the sides up it makes a perfect outdoor space. Even if the weather is not with you. Only time will tell of course and with repeated use if there are any issues I will report back. However for now perfect. Plus this was the cheapest pop up tent with sides and weight bags i could find.

  No good for rain which is really why people buy them

  This gazebo was bought to go over hot tub, I’ve only used it a couple of times and on Friday we had very heavy rain which caused a build up of rain in the roof which really should have ran off and the gazebo totally collapsed and has split the cover of my hot tub! I’m very disappointed I’ve emailed the seller and hopefully will do something about it, if only I’d read reviews before I bought it!Since I wrote this I’ve contacted seller who has provided instant replies and got DPD to collect a day of my choice and I have received a full refund so all in all very good customer service.

  Bought this with the anticipation of being able to leave this up over the summer. At first glance, it was easy to assemble - we had the frame and canopy up within minutes. When we went to attach the walls, I was sorely disappointed. The picture gives the impression that they were either 2 larger walls that covered the sides and zipped together in the middle at the front and back or were 4 individual walls with the front and back that could be split in the middle by a zip. Sadly this isn't the case they are 4 separate walls and they are much larger than the 3 meters for each side. With a gentle breeze blowing, the plastic sides either balloon out or come into the covered area. I was curious and measured it and it intrudes almost 18 inches inside. Also the material doesn't appear to be all that sturdy.

  Good value gazebo

  Bought for son to have 4 friends round for outside birthday celebration, during these difficult times. They could all sit around a table - keeping distanced. However the sides rattled in the wind and caused the structure to wobble! Once the sides were off, the gazebo was perfect but I had chosen this one, with sides, to keep them warm! Regardless they were very happy! Would recommend.

  Relatively easy to assemble, very sturdy (kept it up for most of lockdown and if it got windy we just lowered it). Really warm with all the covers on. Sadly we had horrendous storm and a bit snapped - absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the gazebo. Customer service was superb with a replacement one sorted. We only called to ask if we could purchase a replacement bit. Would recommend this gazebo. Once restrictions were lifted and we could have garden visits it was well used by us all.

  Okay, but a little disappointing.

  Delivery was fast. All parts included. One side panel has rust coloured marks on it, panel is grey. Stitching where Velcro is has small holes of Velcro patch in some areas where the roof sheet goes over and attaches to the frame. Zip works but is flimsy, when unzipped, it has no door attachment or Velcro to keep door open to let air in , so moves about on windy days. Study framework, easy to assemble.
