  Disappointing

  This parasol is quite flimsy and the pulley system is next to useless. The pulley cord won't stay on the pulley and the parasol will only open up to the first hole on the pole. Nowhere near as good as the one I was replacing. Very disappointing

  2.7m parasol. Fantastic.

  This parasol is great. Looked at loads of the new metal poled parasols and went back to the traditional wooden ones. Parasol itself is enormous and the pole is long so you need to cut it down to size so as not to loose it in any wind. Highly recommend

  Don't leave up in wind!

  Reasonable quality for the price but I had mine for about a fortnight before one of the umbrella support arms snapped in a moderate wind and is now useless. Would have forgiven it had it been left up in very high wind conditions but it wasn't.

  Low Quality Chinese Product

  Arrived with packaging slightly broken, but once opened it was obvious from the tissue thin fabric, to the very lightweight rivet things in the structure that this will not last very long, and probably provides very little protection from the sun. Returned and spending the money on new canvas for my existing frame.

  Absolutely delighted! ordered and this arrived within 24 hours! lovely strong looking product, liked the pole made of wood, not plastic parts that can break so easily, and a good size.   This is a nice size parasol the only reason we gave it a four for sturdiness is the pole is very long and wobbles a bit. Delivery was very fast and overall pleased with our purchase.

  Cannot fault this product. Very sturdy, easy to assemble & a lot cheaper than other parasols on the market. A definite five stars from me

  Wood wasn't as strong as the previous model I'd had.

  Bought as it was identical to one I'd had previously which had lasted years. Didn't last two minutes. Wood snapped near connecting metal fitment. No way of fixing. Too late to try sending back as we'd had a while before we used it. Wouldn't buy another.
