- Does the pole come in two separate pieces and what is the overal length of the package?Yes - the pole does come in two separate pieces but I do not know the length of the whole package. I needed my parasol shorter than it allowed as its lowest setting so i cut it, therefore cannot recall the original length.
- Does this umbrella include a waterproof cover?No
- Umbrella won’t go up when i turn the handle ? just bought it . do i need to doing anything else apart from turn the handle? thanksMine did not go up so just turned the other way works perfectly now
