With Oeko Tex & Made in Green certified fibers these towels were designed with YOU and the planet in mind! You will know these waffle weave towels are made of 100% cotton after the first wash. Only 100% cotton towels will sport little honeycombs across the fabric and shrink after washing. That is the official mark of a true waffle weave. If the fabric doesn’t shrink or shape the honeycombs you can be sure that it is not made of 100% cotton. The appearance of honeycomb on the fabric is crucial as it provides the expanse needed for water to evaporate from the fabric helping it dry faster. If you prefer to minimize the shrinkage and shaping of the honeycombs try machine wash with cold water and line dry or air dry the towels.
