It was a lovely texture and no doubt would have been very warm unfortunately for me the colour was not compatible with my room so had to return. Returning instructions were easy to follow.

- How do you wash it? After washing mine once on 40 degrees its not soft anymore like before it was washed. If anyone knows how to wash it Plz let me kHeat stops any fleece from being soft anymore. It needs to be washed on low setting, and ideally not tumble dried. If it has to be then needs to be on cool.

- Dose it come with pillow casesYes it does. Dry naturally or low heat in dryer. Mine got matted from the dryer otherwise a fab duvet cover.
- Do the pillow cases have zipsNo, no zips on pillowcases, just an envelope fold.
