Hi, they don’t and be aware they are massive! Far to big for my ordinary pillow

How to wash them? as my wash machine doesn't have a delicate cycle, what's the allowed temperature and spin?
I washed my duvet set on a 40 degree setting and 1400 spin setting. They washed very well on this setting.
