They offered 20% refund to keep then 60% nearly 10 days later with the added sticking point that warranty will immediately cease. I paid nearly £200 for this and expect it to be as advertised. The seller have been poor and insincere.To cut a long story - they refused to replace the Item and consistently fouled the rules of response. The customer service is poor. Very poor. The product seems ok other than the damage presumably caused by delivery who cartwheeled it to my house.They have been the worse customer care I dealt with in Amazon and that’s as a prime member for over a decade or when probe started. Not all that glitters is gold.They had left me with the table and two big boxes hanging about for 15 days. Such grief at a time when we are going through bereavement. I’m still left with a faulty broken table and them and Amazon threw 60% of the cost at me but refuse to replace the faulty item or give me back my money and pay for the table to be returned. SHOCKING! Beware
