- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 July 2019Great product not a good companyGreat product when we finally got it , first one dekevered was broken and we had to re box it and took ages to organise collection , wasn't happy that my mum 69 years old was told she would have to help the driver put it in his wagon the first collection driver came in a small van which the sofa wouldn't fit in so had to arrange another collection the driver second time was helpful , just thought we would have got a discount with all the waiting and messing caused bit no nothing not even an apology
- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 27 February 2020Loved that it came in cardboard boxes, made getting it into house much easier?????Came in large cardboard boxes which were easy to handle and gave product excellent protection, product needed minimal assembly and wife and I took about45 minutes to unbox and assemble, really pleased with purchase from start to finish, others might like to know comes on pallet which is dropped on pavement or drive.

The middle seat on the sofa has dropped back and the material on all 3 items have split. Not happy at all ???
