  I mean..... absolutely fantastic!

  Wow what a sofa! I'm so pleased with it. It took 3 weeks to arrive but we'll worth the wait. I was slightly worried if I the colour won't be too light but the fact that it's crush velvet makes me worry less. Let me tell you about it. The mattresses are firm yet very comfortable. And so are the cushions, so you don't have to worry if you sit down that you will sink in downstairs (like with some sofas). Once you take the cushions off you can have a comfortable sleep on it(yes I have slept on it at occasions as well). It was my very first sofa I ever bought new and I don't regret it for one moment. Would give it 10 stars without a second thought if I could :)So since I can't recommend it any more than I already did, I will leave you to your decisions decisions decisions. ;)

I have had this sofa for 2 months and I already cannot stand it!!! If you sit on it for say 10 mins you have to keep repositioning yourself cause it loses its comfort so quickly! The base cushions have started to go out of shape! Whatever material the arm rest is made of has broken so every time you rest your arm on there you fall down a bit. The base cushions CONSTANTLY move and you have to keep pushing them back in. It’s also started to creak too.I spoke to someone and they said regarding the arm rest, someone has stood on it. Erm?I spent months looking for the perfect sofa within my budget and looking at the reviews I thought I made the right choice but I clearly didn’t and I know I won’t be able to return it.Please please please do not waste your money on this sofa!

  The build quality is good, I've been using this sofa daily for a month now and it looks great and feels like good quality, it's solid. The one thing that lets it down for me is the foam in the cushions, it's not amazing and I'll be replacing it with better quality foam at some point. You get what you pay for, however and it's not a £2000 corner sofa. The cushions are nice and firm, however after an evening sitting on them, they go a little flat in the spot you've been sitting. If you sit back down after a few minutes you kind of sink back in to the little hole created where you were previously sitting. The foam doesn't go back to the original 'square' shape, the dip stays in the foam for quite a while. I tend to sit in the same spot, and I can see already the cushions in that area aren't anywhere near as firm as they were when it arrived, and they have a dip in them from where they've been sat on. As the foam is very firm to begin with, this creates a sort of sinking effect whenever anybody sits in that spot. And I'm quite a light person, at 11 stone. I haven't actually checked but it's almost like sitting on a firm piece of sponge and not foam. The delivery also takes a while, mine took 1 month. One of the guys on the phone is quite moody however the other guy gives very good service, and the guy that turned up to deliver the sofa was great. He carried it up 5 flights of stairs himself on the hottest day of the year, and put it together very well. As I say, it's not a £2000 sofa, and all in all I am happy with the product I bought. There isn't anything better out there in this price range. The fabric quality is good, the build quality is solid and it's comfortable. Just beware of the cushions, they wont stay firm for long and if you're heavy, they won't provide the support you need to be comfortable when they've gone flat and you'll constantly slip down in to the little dip where people have been sitting before. I have found replacement foam for around £65 for the whole set, so I'll be doing that when I get around to it. Would I recommend it to a friend looking for a £650 sofa, yes I would. It looks like a couple of grands worth of sofa.

  Really really great sofa, so comfortable and really pretty. Takes a while to get delivered but is worth it.

  Nice looking sofa but Overpriced and incorrectly made poor service

  The look of the sofa is nice and the material but the Sofa is incorrectly made the cushions are thick but odd sizes manufacturers got it so wrongI sent several emails and photosvery poor service a man came after several emails and photos were sent he fiddled about with the sofa cushions and forced them in and said it was fine you can clearly see from the photos uploaded the manufacturer got it completely wrong plus it’s made of cheap light woodThe cushions don’t stay still because the cushions are not the correct shapeOnly once I received a call from seller all information is given when placing an order yet they say they don’t know my details (whatever) only upside the velvet material is nice

  I received this sofa before delivery date. Sofa is amazing and so comfy, and great fabric. I would recommend this sofa to anyone.They also offer Great customer service, as when first receive sofa one of the wood panels had snapped due to manufacturing got I contact with the company and sent me out a new part within a few days. Kept me updated as well.

  The delivery guy was extremely polite and helpful and assembled it quickly. I can honestly say at first glance it appeared to be a great product but on closer examination, it showed itself to be badly manufactured and of poor quality .. I have tried to arrange a return and contacted this company on several occasions however, no one has got back to me to arrange collection

  Crushed velvet sofa black

  Me and my family are all so pleased with this sofa, my husband has a spine injury and our old sofa was so uncomfortable for him, this however... he loves!! Its super comfortable, firm but you can still sink in to it and it looks amazing. Family members have commented on how posh it looks. I would HIGHLY recommend!!!
