What is the thickness of the board?
About an inch,

What is the weight of each shelf? Could they be fixed to wall with command strips as I can’t drill holes in my flat?
They are very light indeed like balsa wood. Think they could be fitted with command strips though I have never used

How to fix on the wall ?
It is easy to install, first you should drill the wall plugs to wall , put the screws inside and leave 5 cm space of the screws, then hang the shelves to the screws and finish.

What’s the maximum weight capacity in KG for these shelves? I would like to know what items these shelves can perfectly hold.
The maxinum weight capacity of each shelf is 10KG(22lb), you can refer to this.
