  Nice looking sturdy chair

  Good quality, sturdy chair for the money. Easy to assemble as chair arms come ready attached. Lowest height setting is still quite high ie., breakfast bar height so not suitable for use with a dressing table. I've seen some reviews about the height adjustment not working. Thing is you need to remember to remove the black cap from the top of the gas pedestal before attaching the seat. It's easy to overlook that in the instructions. I did first time around. Also I had no problems whatsoever with the screw holes in the pedestal and the seat base lining up although I have encountered this problem with similar products. Main thing is my wife loves it.

  I was going to return it at first but....

  I was going to return this at first because it has a missing collar on the base (cosmetic not functional or supportive) and the bolts holding the seats were missing. I wasn't keen on buying this in the first place, I'd rather spend triple the price at a famous department store but the person I was buying it for really liked the design. I pressed refund from Amazon orders, then the reason that parts were missing but it jumped straight to refund instead of messaging the seller to send the parts. Then refund involved me returning the item at my cost with no guarantee return postage would be refunded. Postage would have been £15-20 easily for a box this size. Then instead of returning it I emailed the seller MHSTAR and mentioned the problem. The seller offered a 25% discount or wait for the parts with no date. As I needed to use the stool quickly I opted for the discount. A local handyman fixed it with some bolts from toolstation for £15, bolts and washers were only £2 if you have time and DIY the repair. All sorted. As for the stool it's great and comfortable, the finish isn't A1 but the price isn't premium either so it's value for what it is, and it's a unique style. It's used to sit next to a wheelchair bound person for feeding and works perfectly and comfortably. It's lightweight enough to move around and sturdy enough to support, and comfortable to sit in, swivel works well. Good communication from the seller inspires confidence to buy it again, and similarly recommend to others.

  love them and easy to fit

  fast delivery and love them very comtable i was very worried by the bad reviews either they was not fitted correctly by others or i was lucky most the reviews seemed to be on the white chairs so being carefull i went with black even though white looked better they was so easy to put together ordered 2 and both fitted within 5 mins i was very worried with 1 star reviews saying screws threaaded or did not line up what i would say is make sure the arrow faces forward and lines up just fine and start putting in the 4 screws by fingers then use alan key to tighten but not fully tight then just go around and tighten each one up in turn i wished i had gone with white

  chair the pros & cons beforehand

  When chair is at lowest level my feet don't touch floor, I have to use bar below seat and tuck both feet in hole in bar foot rest or my feet slip off if just resting on edge of foot rest bar and it's a very uncomfortable fit, I got chair for cooking in kitchen as I can't stand for long periods due to ast thrombosis a'd wish bar was more out front so I could rest my feet instead of slipping offpoor design if it weren't not so packed in the back making you have to flick your feet back and plunge them in the bar hole to stay put on the chair I could glue my butt to the chair but it's not wort it you should never cut the label off and kept boxt would of returned chair

  Great bar chairs bargain ?

  Bought these bar chair for my new bar what a great deal 2 chairs for under £50 and they are very comfortable to sit in and get up on. The armrests did it for me absolutely perfect would 100% recommend

  I use my chair to do my cooking and everything else you do in a kitchen,I can't stand for long so my is a great help.

  Screw holes are not tapped correctly or lined up correctly

  Honestly I wanted to send both chairs back but my husband being typically male insisted that the assembly would not beat him. The screw holes weren't lined up and the screw holes weren't tapped correctly meaning the screws would not screw in correctly even before connecting arms and base. The screws were so hard to turn that the alun key ended up rounded off at the end. I wanted to send both back as it was obviously a design flaw rather than a one off. Once put together I see that the buttons are falling off and loose but its too late to send back now that my husband has forced it together. They are comfy and sturdy which is what is most important and I have a glue gun to fix the embellishments etc. Do not buy these chairs unless you enjoy a challenge.

  Arrived on time, was impressed with the packaging, a lot of paper and minimus plastic. SO easy to assemble, and looks awesome. Comfortable to sit on. I would recommend it

  The ease of assembly

  The chair arrived 2 days early. !! 3 minutes to unpack. 5 Minutes to fit 4 screws 3 minutes to assemble, so 10 minutes after delivery the chair was in use and working perfectly.

  Classy, expensive looking chair

  Fab chair. Looks great in my kitchen. Also very comfy. Very quick delivery. If i had the space, I would defo get another. My chair was slightly damaged when i got it, but this was no problem. Seller was very quick to sort issue out. Happy customer.
