- Vdtmate main switch is not very responsive to touch, sometimes i can’t make it work without pressing hard with my thumb. is this normal?I found the same condition after 3 weeks of usage. After 1 month it become not working. Now I use power bar with switch for the lamp so as to switch off the lamp on the power pad only.
- How long does it take to fully charge the lamp and how long does the charge last? I’m looking to use this as a reading lamp in bed.I’ve usually charged it for the day and make sure the light is green. I can’t say how long it lasts as my husband just uses it for reading and then turns it off but haven’t had to charge it for a week now. It depends how long you use it for.
- How do I get the clip to open - it seems jammed or is there a lever to press ?It is very stiff to open . It’s like a very strong peg but keeps its place when clipped on to desk or similar
