1Does this light come with a plug or do you need a usb charger plug for it?
No, it doesn't come with a plug, just the cable. I usually charge mine through the laptop.
2What type of lithium battery do I need for this product
None. It has rechargeable interior "battery" you cannot access. You simply plug it into a switched on computer via the included USB cable or if you have an adapter for a USB cable (like the ones you may use to charge your mobile phone) you can use it to plug it into a mains socket. Hope that helps.
