  I love it

  Assembling was very easy. Everything fit into place. The lamp is very sturdy and stands tall. The shelves came in very handy. I could put photo frames on it. Very pretty lamp for the price. Suits our loft space perfectly.

  I took a gamble and it paid off

  I was sceptical about ordering this, as I was worried it would arrive and it would be cheap and not at all like the photograph. However, I am pleasantly surprised, it was well packaged and great quality. (As great as wood effect flat pack furniture can be)Easy to assemble and lightweight.The only downside for me was that it arrived with a cool white lightbulb and not a warm white lightbulb like it is in the photograph. Which obviously isn’t a huge issue so I would definitely recommend it.

  Functional, but for how long?

  There is a massive price variance for this item, and although I am happy with the appearance, I still think it is expensive for what it is, and the idea someone would be happy after spending £130 + seems extremely unlikely.Solo construction took about an hour. It would have been quicker if English had been included in the 4 language construction guide. Tightening the screws is a scary process, twisting them tightly produces some ominous creaks and ’splintering wood’ sounds, When constructed, there is still a little wobble which isn’t surprising; this is a flimsy piece of furniture and not something particularly solid which will last for years.Yet there are some good elements. The size is perfect for those with little space. I have a large corner sofa, and I wanted a small table for my phone plus a floor lamp in the same space. Completely do-able with this product. The light has a strong yet soft glow and the shelving height is high enough to place plants, vases, decorative candles, etc. At a glance this item does fit in well with the rest of my décor, but let’s hope that one of my cats doesn’t jump on it because I think it would just collapse.

  Assembled this with SWMBO this evening. I was pleasantly surprised at the quaity of packaging, instructions and overall sturdiness of the result. Note, the light is a low/moderate ice white which gives a contemporary feel to the place. You may want a warmer glow for living rooms and the like. The power cable clips on the back work well and the overall length of cable with foot switch is sensibe

  Not worth £88!

  The item does exactly what it is meant to do. However! It is not worth £88!!It’s a self build, wood chip laminate frame.It comes flat packed and doesn’t add the feel to the room an £88 lamp should.Looks cheap and unnatural

  Very flimsey, cheaply made...Not worth the price ?

  Very sad to write this review as by everyone else's reviews PLUS the price... I thought this would be a gem. Sadly it wasn’t... I found it to be very flimsy and cheaply made... My husband who put it up for me had to make adjustments as the clips to clip in the wire for the light would not in the life of us bloody fit... and the wooden legs cameDamaged. Also the wooden square shelves came with dents in them and the lamp shade was Golden yellow and not a lovely warm white cream The photos show. Honestly disappointed and I can’t believe it’s gone up in price to £108!!!! I paid £88 & even We thought that was really high for what it was and what we got. No offence but I wouldn’t even pay £20 for this item.

  Cheap, bad quality, poorly made, not wood but low quality MDF and laminate.

  Absolute poor quality. Cheap MDF frame covered with very thin and poor quality laminate which is coming out as I unpack. Not worth buying unless quality is sorted.

  Not worth 108 pounds. Looks fantastic FROM FAR..FEELS CHEAP!

  Packaging was VERY good. But immediately while putting this together you can tell how CHEAP it is. The wood is soo cheap and soo damn light but from far when put together looks fantastic, the only thing that looks the most expensive is the shade which is very nice and the usb works very well and theres a string switch under the shade which im not very fond of wouldve been better with a foot floor switch but still looks nice from far and still not worth 108 pounds. Dont bother unless you feel it would look nice

  I liked the shelves on this lamp for putting candle, pot pourri, air freshener etc.,Did not like now white it is. A brilliant white!!Quite easy to assemble after reading over a few times.Came with which and european adapter useful for holidays.A bit expensive for what it is.

  Difficult assembly

  I received no instructions with my delivery. None of the parts are individually labelled which would lead you to believe any screw is suitable for any post but it seems impossible to screw some of them together due to the poor quality of the threading.
