Customer Review
- ★★★★★ Nice looking solid lamp.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 August 2016Nice solid heavy lamp. Not made of actual pipes joined together but a single mounded/cast piece. Looks good especially if fitted with a vintage style bulb as shown. Note: it doesn't come with a bulb and this needs to be bought separately. The suggested bulb pairing shown by Amazon comes from China and takes a few weeks. The vintage bulb also looks better if dimmed so the intricate 'squirrel cage' style filament can be seen without it being too bright. The lamp only has an on/off switch so a plug in dimmer can be bought separately if required.
- ★★★★★ blown bulbsReviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 July 2021I have given this product every chance to prove itself and it's just plain faulty. I have tried 3 high quality bulbs (60w as instructed) and all three blow within hours. Something is very wrong with this product from an electrical standpoint. I have seen other customers with the same issues, so not an isolated incident unfortunately. Beware.
- ★★★★★ How good this is if you want to keep up with trendsReviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 March 2019Wow what a bargain l must be living on another planet ! I spent £4 less on a load of rubbish from China unbeknown to me this has heavy weight so sturdy as for the bulb being dim , previous review l suggest they need eyes checked l have a 60w vintage bulb in use too bright . I would give this buy 100 if l could. i.e. lamp itself does not effect brightness etc get the right bulb!!!!
- ★★★★★ Bad qualityReviewed in the United Kingdom on 15 March 2019Lamp was faulty kept blowing bulbs my brother who is an electrician said it was the in line swich i notified the company they just denied this and said we were using faulty bulbs ..one maybe but 3 i dont think so
- ★★★★★ Misrepresented.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 January 2017Poorly represented, the pictures make it look so authentic, and much more coppery. What I have received is very dark brown/almost black. Not what the product pictures led me to believe I was ordering.
- ★★★★★ If you're going to use an Edison bulb it's very dim.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 December 2018I bought the lamp for my son's desk under the stairs, it looks the part because it sits on a rustic desk but the lamp only takes 60w bulbs and because of the yellow tinge cast from the bulb the light is limited. It's still a lovely lamp, it's just no good for reading. Better off using a candle.
- ★★★★★ HeavyweightReviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 June 2020Brought to match some industrial ceiling lighting of the same style, great light heavyweight and looks good with an old style light bulb in. Will look good in our new office
- ★★★★★ Sturdy. Quirky.Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 17 June 2021Perfect light for my home bar. I love it.(The first bulb I bought for it was too bright, but quickly changed it, and it's perfect).
- ★★★★★ UniqueReviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 April 2021A unique bed side lamp great item
- ★★★★★ Sturdy would recommend buying thisReviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 March 2021Love love love it looks fantastic
