For a lamp that looks high-end and ultra-mod, Brightech’s Trilage Floor Lamp in Oil Brushed Bronze Finish enlivens your living room décor at a friendly price. Three woven-textured drum shades in burlap dangle from curved metal poles, providing a warm tone to your lighting. This style is known as a tree or spider lamp for the multiple arms. The oatmeal-hued cylinder shades are open at top and bottom, and the flexible rods above them may be moved from side to side in order to meet your lighting needs. Group the lights closely together, or separate the shades from one another by approximately 24 inches. (Please note that pole length is NOT adjustable.) A solid metal base prevents tipping and rises only two inches in height, thereby sliding easily under sofas and couches.Although the Trilage doesn’t dim, it features a rotary switch on the main pole that lets you opt for illuminating one, two, or all three lights in turn. Turn once to bring up the right shade only. This gives you the ambiance mood lighting you want, even without a dimmer. Turn again, and the right goes out while the left and centre lights come up. This gives you enough light to read comfortably by. Turn a third time, and all 3 lights will be illuminated.
