I bought two, the 5 shelf and the 4 shelf, they are sitting on thick carpet, on the landing and are full of books, ornaments, pictures, they are solid! If my children where younger I would have attached them with the given bits but I don't need to. They come with two different types of tools to attach. Hope this helps.

The curved edge is 41cms the side edges are 21 cms 23.5 CMS from the middle of the curve to the back edge It measure 36 CMS if you measure straight across from the beginning of the curve to the end of the curve in a straight line .... Hope that makes sense!

It was super easy to put together, all the parts were clearly labelled, and took about 10 mins on my own. Iโve put it in my bathroom, so that the bits and bobs that usually live on the side of the bath tub have a new home. Itโs tidied my bathroom up and looks gorgeous to boot.
