- Is this dimmable with a dimmer switch. And does it have UK safety regsYes, it use with dimmable switch and dimmabe light bulbs. It is match UK safety regs. Hope you can understands.

- Is this minimum IP44 rated?I don't believe it is as the bulb is fully exposed from below. This is clearly visible when you look at the pictures.
